 **Our Returns Policy**

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. As all our books are custom-made specifically for each child, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless the issue is a result of an error on our part.

**We are happy to offer a refund or rewrite of your personalized book if:**

– The book does not follow the personalization instructions you provided.

– There are errors in the text,  or personalization details that were not requested by you and are exclusively our mistake.

**Please note:**
– We kindly ask that you provide proof of the error (such as photos or a description) so we can review and address the issue promptly.
– If the fault is found to be exclusively ours, we will work quickly to correct it by either rewriting the book or offering a full refund.

 **Postage Details**

– If a refund or rewrite is approved, the postage cost for returning the item will be covered by the customer.
– Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for reasons outside of the circumstances mentioned above, as each book is uniquely made just for you.
